About Us

The Children of the Sky Collective started out as the Migratory Kin Collective, which was borne out of a cultural exchange between Maori, Yup'ik, Trawlwoolway Pakana, Metis and a few other Indigenous peoples. The exchange was centered around the bar tailed godwit in Whanganui, Aotearoa New Zealand in March of 2024.
